ดูไปแล้วมันเหมือนตอนที่เรามีความรักแบบนี้เลย
ตอนที่เค้าไปอเมริกา แล้วไม่บอก

แต่เดี๋ยวนี้ (เกลียด) มากๆกับคนๆนี้

น้ำปลา
posted on 21 May 2008 16:50 by metrohistoryเมื่อหลายวันที่ผ่านมา ได้หยิบหนังสือของแม่มาอ่าน ซึ่งหนังสือที่อ่านนั้น เป็นหนังสือที่รร.มหิดล
วิทยานุสรณ์ ได้จัดทำขึ้น หน้าปกของหนังสือเล่มนั้น เป็นรูปขวดน้ำปลา พอเห็นแล้วมันสะดุดตา
และน่าสนใจมากๆ ก็เลยหยิบมาอ่าน อ่านไปหน้าแรก เป็นการเล่าการเรื่องถึงชื่อน้ำปลาแต่ละ
ประเทศ ชื่อน้ำปลาที่จำได้แม่นๆ ได้แก่ ประเทศเวียดนามเรียกว่า นึกหมัม (เขียนไม่ถูก แต่อ่านแบบ
นี้) เขมรเรียกว่า ตึกตรัย และฟิลิปินส์เรียกน้ำปลาว่า ปาติ๊ส
ประวัติการหมักนั้น ถูกบันทึกคั้งแรกในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และแอฟริกา(Hesseltine,1981)
ส่วนกรีกและโรมัน ใช้น้ำปลาในการดื่มรักษาโรค แต่รสชาดของเค้าจะข้นกว่าน้ำปลาในแถบ
เอเซียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้
